ELCAT provides programming, production, and media-education services that reflect the diverse interests, accomplishments, and concerns of East Longmeadow residents. Our studio is located at 1 Norden Street in the East Longmeadow High School Annex, adjacent to the ELPS Central offices.

NEW VHS to DVD TRANSFER SERVICE


Basic Transfer 
$25  up to 90 minutes
per VHS Cassette to DVD

Video and audio are recorded as digital files from playback on a standard VCR, 
then copied onto a DVD for playback in a DVD Player.  
Video quality will match VCR playback.

Channel Information


Our Cable  Channels are available only to Charter/Spectrum subscribers.  Satellite and OTA (antenna ) users do not have access to our cable signal.

CHANNEL 191 
Public Access - Town events, local history, hobbies, and public affairs - a wide variety of             unique  programs you won't find anywhere else

CHANNEL 192
Government Access - Looping broadcast of East Longmeadow Town government meetings

CHANNEL 193
Educational Access -  Variety of special interest programming, including some childrens                           programming,  with an emphasis on school events, ELHS Sports, and              educational programs.

Program Guide

ELCAT provides a variety of programs - something to offer for everyone! From town government meetings to school programs, sports, local history, cooking, travel, library programs, and much more! 

The ELCAT Program Guide provides times, dates, and overall content, on what's happening on your local access channels. ELCAT program guides are available at the town hall, senior center, library, and at our ELCAT Studio. Program guides will also be delivered monthly within the Reminder.
