East Longmeadow 2023 Census forms have been mailed to all households and should be completed, signed and returned to the Town Clerk’s Office in the provided envelope, even if no changes are necessary.  You can also return the census by placing in the Clerk’s drop box outside the Town Hall entrance, or scanning and emailing your signed form to clerks@eastlongmeadowma.gov.  

Please note that failure to return your census in two consecutive years shall result in the removal from the active voting list and may result in removal from the voter registration rolls (Massachusetts General Law Chapter 51, §4c).    If you have misplaced your form, you can download a blank form to complete and sign here.
