This position is governed by MA General Laws Chapter 49 and will hold valuation responsibilities and will be subject to the oath of office (MGL C41; S29). The candidate, once appointed, must attend the Division’s Assessment Administration Couse 101, within one year of appointment and must be able to attend regularly scheduled meetings.
